Back to good work.

YOUR FIRST APP

Invoice follow-ups,
one step at a time.

Confirm your account. Save an invoice. Review your message. Stay in control of what gets sent.

Meet the workflow
01

Make yourself at home.

Create an account with your email, business name, and a unique password of at least 12 characters. Your account saves your invoices, templates, settings, and activity on the server.

Follow the confirmation link in your inbox before sending email. You can keep editing your workspace while confirmation is pending. A link expires after 24 hours; request another from Account and security in Settings if needed.

02

Keep the balance clear.

Add an invoice with the client’s name and email, reference, amount, and due date, or import your list using the CSV preview. Check imported rows before saving them.

Confirm the invoice is still unpaid before a reminder. When payment arrives, mark it paid yourself. Pause an invoice when a follow-up should wait, or mark it disputed while you work through a question. These states hold further reminders.

Dunlio does not collect payments or reconcile bank transactions. Optional payment links go to the HTTPS destination you enter.

Give every email a reply address.

In Settings, save the business and sender names your customers recognize. Your Reply-to address must match your confirmed account email. Customer replies use that mailbox.

The operator configures the sending address, contact@griiken.com, and verifies its domain through Resend. You do not enter an API key in the browser. Email delivery in Settings shows the current readiness and any hold. Client reminder sending needs operator approval during free early access; confirming your email alone does not enable it.

Choose a default template or edit your own in Email templates. Preview the designed email on desktop and mobile, and review the plain-text alternative. A test email is an explicit action and can only go to your own confirmed account email.

04

Preview, then send.

After sending approval, open an active overdue invoice to review the recipient, invoice details, template, and final message. Confirm that the balance is still unpaid and approve sending. Activity follows the queued message through its delivery updates.

Automatic follow-ups need activation in Settings and on each included invoice. They use your default template, reminder-day offsets, and business timezone. The worker runs on weekdays during the configured business window; a signed Resend delivery webhook is also required for automation.

Unpaid balance confirmations expire after the configured freshness window, 72 hours by default. Keep them current, and mark payments promptly. Already accepted emails cannot be recalled by changing an invoice status.

A few useful answers.

Why is sending held?
First confirm your account email and use that confirmed mailbox as your Reply-to address in Settings. During free early access, sending to clients also needs operator approval. A test can only go to your own confirmed account email. Invoice reminders require an active overdue invoice, a current unpaid balance, and the operator’s verified sender and running worker. The sending preview explains any remaining hold.
What does Accepted or Delivered mean?
Accepted means Resend received the message. Delivered means the recipient’s mail server accepted it. Neither confirms that a person read the email. Activity shows the last known status and when delivery was checked. A failed status check does not mean the email failed.
Why has an automatic reminder not run?
Enable automation in Settings and activate it on each invoice you want to include. Reminders run on weekdays, 09:00–17:00 in the saved business timezone. The account email must be confirmed, sending approval must be active, and a signed delivery webhook and background worker must be configured. The default balance confirmation window is 72 hours. Paid, paused, disputed, stale, and suppressed invoices are held.
How do I recover my password?
Choose Forgot password from Sign in. If an active account matches the email, a reset link will be sent. Check spam too. The link expires one hour after the request and works once. After choosing a new password, sign in again.
What if a verification link has expired?
Sign in and open Settings → Account and security to request another confirmation link. Verification links work once and expire after 24 hours. After confirming in another tab, use Refresh verification in Settings.
Does Dunlio take invoice payments?
Invoice Follow-ups tracks the status you enter. You mark an invoice paid yourself; it does not check a bank account or collect payments. An optional HTTPS payment link opens the destination you supply. Review that link before including it in a reminder.
Can I use the other products yet?
Invoice Follow-ups is the first available app. Other tools in the collection are labeled Planned. The sample workspace is a separate browser demo and does not send email.
