MORE HEADSPACE FOR YOUR WORK

The work is finished.
The chasing shouldn’t take over.

Finding an old invoice. Checking a due date. Rewriting the same polite email. Small tasks add up when you’re running the whole business.

Invoice Follow-ups gives those loose ends one home. A simple view of your invoices, a message that sounds like you, and a clear way to record what happens next.

Find your next follow-up

A SMALLER TO-DO LIST

From “I should follow up” to a clear next step.

Three simple steps.
One place to keep it all together.

01

Bring your invoices in.

Add an invoice or import a CSV. See what’s due, what’s overdue, and what’s already paid.

02

Make it sound like you.

Save friendly, firm, and final message templates. Preview each subject and message with the right client and invoice details.

03

Send on your terms.

Confirm a manual send or activate automatic follow-ups. Track delivery activity and mark invoices paid or paused as things change.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL Email sending requires a confirmed account, operator approval, and a verified sender. Automatic follow-ups start only after activation.

YOUR CLIENTS. YOUR CALL.

A friendly nudge.
A sensible stopping point.

Some invoices need a follow-up. Others need a conversation. Keep the context, change the status, and decide what happens next.

LATE PAYMENT RULES WHERE YOU WORK

What the law lets you charge.

Under the EU Late Payment Directive 2011/7/EU, a business customer is in default 30 days after receiving the invoice unless you agreed otherwise. You may then charge statutory interest of at least 8 percentage points above the ECB reference rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee per invoice. Member states set their own rate and procedure.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you jump in.

A little clarity about your account, sending, and the sample demo.

Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Explore sample invoices in the demo before creating an account. Create your account when you are ready to save real invoices and message templates. The sample demo does not send emails.
Does this version send reminder emails?
Yes, after reviewed sending setup during free early access. Confirm your account email, use that confirmed address for replies, and request sending approval. Once approved, preview and confirm a manual reminder or activate automatic follow-ups.
Can I bring invoices from another tool?
Import a CSV file from any invoicing or accounting tool, or add invoices individually. The import preview checks the records before adding them. Amounts currently use EUR. Direct integrations are planned.
How do automatic follow-ups work?
Choose the number of days after an invoice is due and your timezone, then activate automation per invoice. Reminders go out on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00. You can keep sending manually instead, or pause an invoice whenever it needs a conversation.
What happens when an invoice is paid or disputed?
Mark an invoice paid, paused, or disputed to stop queued reminders. You update payment status yourself; Dunlio does not read your bank or accounting feed yet.
Where is my information stored?
Invoices, saved message templates, and delivery activity persist in your account on the server. The sample demo keeps its information in your browser’s local storage.
Which languages can my reminders use?
Templates are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese, written for each country’s usual reminder stages. You can edit every word before sending.
