MORE HEADSPACE FOR YOUR WORK
Finding an old invoice. Checking a due date. Rewriting the same polite email. Small tasks add up when you're running the whole business.
Invoice Follow-ups gives those loose ends one home: a simple view of your invoices, a message that sounds like you, and a clear record of what happens next. Keep QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave or whatever you invoice with.
Find your next follow-upA SMALLER TO-DO LIST
Three simple steps.
One place to keep it all together.
Add an invoice or import a CSV from your invoicing tool. See what's due, what's past due, and what's already paid, in USD or any other currency.
Save a friendly reminder, a past due notice and a final notice. Preview each subject and message with the right client and invoice details.
Confirm a manual send or turn on automatic follow-ups on business days in your time zone. Track delivery and mark invoices paid or paused as things change.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL Email sending needs a confirmed account email and a verified sender. Automatic follow-ups start only after you switch them on.
NEW: INVOICES TOO
Write professional invoices with line items and VAT, send them as a PDF, and let the reminders take it from there.

YOUR CLIENTS. YOUR CALL.
Some invoices need a follow-up. Others need a conversation. Keep the context, change the status, and decide what happens next.

Keep it on your radar. Hold the follow-up.
Record the payment. Close the loop.
Paid, paused, and disputed invoices are excluded from future reminders.
LATE FEES AND YOUR RIGHTS IN THE US
In the United States there is no federal statutory interest on late private invoices. A late fee is enforceable when it is agreed in your contract or on terms the client accepted; 1 to 1.5 percent per month is common, within your state's usury and consumer-protection limits. The federal Prompt Payment Act sets interest only for federal agencies paying contractors, and most states have prompt-payment rules for public contracts. For private invoices your leverage is clear payment terms, consistent reminders, a demand letter, and small claims court.
